Thank you for shopping with Psirtya. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your plush companion or collectible isn't quite right, we offer a transparent and straightforward return process to ensure your peace of mind.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We provide a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that Psirtya is unable to process or authorize any return or refund requests once this 30-day window has closed.

2. Conditions for a Successful Return

To ensure your return is accepted, all items must meet our strict quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards:

  • Items must be in their original, unused, unblemished, and unaltered condition.

  • All original brand tags, story labels, and promotional attachments must remain fully intact and attached.

  • The plush toy must be returned in its original packaging (including any vacuum-sealed bags or custom boxes).

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be entirely free from dirt, stains, pet hair, or distinct odors (such as perfume, smoke, or household scents).

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your original order confirmation email) is required to process the request.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@Psirtya.com to submit your request.

  2. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

  3. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with the correct return shipping address and detailed return instructions.

Important Note: All authorized returns must be shipped to our central facility in China. Please do not send items back to the sender's address listed on your shipping package or any other address without receiving prior authorization from us. Unauthorized packages will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.

4. Shipping Fees & Return Costs

At Psirtya, we believe in clear and honest communication regarding logistical costs:

  • Manufacturer Defects or Shipping Errors: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect plush toy, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. In these cases, return shipping is 100% free.

  • Personal Preference / Change of Mind: If you decide you simply changed your mind, no longer need the item, or it does not meet your personal preference, the buyer is responsible for the actual international return shipping costs to our facility in China.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees or processing administrative fees for returned items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged during transit (e.g., heavily compressed or torn), or if you receive the wrong character/toy, contact us at info@Psirtya.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right swiftly.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once your return package is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality and cleanliness inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days of receipt.

  • Payment Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Banking Delays: Please note that depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the refund to officially reflect on your bank statement.
