1. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We process and package your plush orders within 1 to 3 business days. We offer Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days (Free). For more urgent gifts or needs, we also provide a Priority Shipping option which takes 4-7 business days ($10.00 USD). Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping times.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your adorable package is processed and shipped, we will automatically send you a shipment confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress directly through our store's integrated tracking page or official carrier networks.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Psirtya is proud to offer international shipping services, primarily serving plush toy collectors and customers in the United States and other major global destinations from our central fulfillment facility.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged during transit?

A: We fully stand behind our delivery service. If your plush arrived damaged, compressed, or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@Psirtya.com. Please retain all original packaging materials and provide clear photos of the damaged items so our support team can resolve the issue swiftly via a replacement or a full refund.

2. Product Safety & Quality (玩具类目专用加分项)

Q: Are your plush toys safe for all ages?

A: Yes, absolutely. At Psirtya, safety and quality are our top priorities. All of our plush toys are crafted from premium, non-toxic, hypoallergenic materials (such as high-quality PP cotton stuffing and ultra-soft crystal velvet fabric). They are designed and manufactured to meet standard safety guidelines, making them perfectly safe and huggable for collectors and children alike.

3. Orders & Returns

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We provide a 30-day return window from the date you receive your package. To be eligible for a return, the plush toys must be unused, unblemished, in their original clean condition, and inside their original packaging with all brand tags fully intact. Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: We strive to process and package orders as quickly as possible so your plush companions can arrive on time. If you need to make any changes or cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has entered our logistics pipeline, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Q: What should I do if I received the wrong item?

A: We sincerely apologize for any mix-up! Please contact our customer support team with your order number and a clear photo of the incorrect plush you received. We will arrange a prepaid return label and process a correct replacement or a full refund promptly.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Yes, 100%. We prioritize your privacy and data security. Our website utilizes industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to protect all personal and payment details during data transfer. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
